Pollen constitutes a complete natural food - rich in proteins, vitamins, essential amino-acids, hormones, ferments and other useful components for our diet - and it is the product that bees collect from various flowers.

To cover the daily needs of the body in proteins, vitamins and trace elements it is recommended to consume 35 [gr].of pollen a day (1 spoonful) as is or dissolved in juice. In order for the stomach to get use to pollen, start by consuming small quantities (one teaspoon daily for one week), and gradually start increasing the quantity to the recommended daily dose. The consumption of pollen should be applied continuously for 4-6 months depending on the reaction of each body.
